Joshua Lissauer is a Certified Professional Coach for adults around the world—serving and supporting the global community through career and life transitions. His life’s passion is working with adult professionals. He believes that everyone has what it takes to achieve high performance and accomplish all of their goals and dreams.
His educational credentials include a Master of Science in Management & Administrative Sciences and a Graduate Certificate in Professional & Executive Coaching from the Naveen Jindal School of Management, at the University of Texas at Dallas. At the George Mason University School of Business, Joshua also earned a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management.
Joshua is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), where he achieved his Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential. Joshua also serves as a Certified Coach and Consultant with the Winslow Research Institute. Joshua is a Certified Practioner of Myers Briggs Type Indicator Assessment, completing his training with GS Consultants. At the Winslow Research Institute, Joshua earned 2 Professional Certifications. They are the System Level 1 Coach Certification and the System Level 2 Consultant Certification. Additional Professional Certifications Joshua has achieved are a Professional Resume Writer Certification, a Social Media Manager Certification, an Employment Interview Professional Certification and most recently, a MBA & University Career Management Coach Certification, and a Brain-Friendly Job Search Certification at The Academies.
Fifteen years ago, after earning his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications at SUNY Plattsburgh, Joshua went on to enjoy a 13-year career in the broadcast industry. Joshua worked at both MTV/Viacom and ESPN/Disney. His career highlights were providing attractive, on-air products for the eyes and ears of his viewing audience. His contributions included delivering innovative product development and network support through his technical broadcasting expertise. He brings all his accomplished business and broadcast industry acumen into play with his clients and his coaching practice.
After living and working in Connecticut for seven years, Joshua has returned to Long Island. He enjoys an active life with his friends and loving family. His passion is sports and takes to the hills, when time and weather permits, to go snowboarding.
